I’m a former professional dancer and Pilates instructor with over 30 years’ experience, and the founder of Wairere Movement.
I help dancers and everyday movers restore balance, strength, and flow through fascia-informed movement and mindful gait patterning. By identifying underdeveloped movement pathways, we bring the body into balance before layering refined ballet technique, turnout, and foot conditioning — or for non-dancers, functional strength and mobility for daily life.
My approach blends movement science, embodied awareness, and artistry to help you move with confidence, freedom, and ease.
