A session that builds strength you can use, paired with mobility that supports your joints. Expect a mix of controlled strength work, functional movement patterns, and mobility sequences that leave you feeling strong and open.

With 3-4 clients per session you will get personalised feedback with the enjoyment of moving with others.

Kia ora, I’m Natalie.​

I’m a former professional dancer and Pilates instructor with over 30 years’ experience, and the founder of Wairere Pilates.I help dancers and everyday movers restore balance, strength, and flow through fascia-informed movement and mindful gait patterning. By identifying underdeveloped movement pathways, we bring the body into balance before layering refined ballet technique, turnout, and foot conditioning — or for non-dancers, functional strength and mobility for daily life.My approach blends movement science, embodied awareness, and artistry to help you move with confidence, freedom, and ease.

Cert. Pilates Mat, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Barrels. Dip. Contemporary Dance and Dance Performance NZSD. Course Cert. Myofascial Release, Franklin Method, Functional Movement, Student of Rongoā Maori Healing.
