​Movement has been at the heart of my life for as long as I can remember.
As a former professional dancer and founder of Wairere Pilates, I help dancers and everyday movers move with greater freedom, confidence, and ease through personalised Pilates, biomechanics-informed movement, fascia, gait patterning, and movement education.
Every body is unique. By understanding how you move and restoring balance first, we create the foundation for lasting strength, improved function, and lifelong movement.
