​Service Description

 

1:1 Dance Pilates sessions are personalised to each client. Upon attending an initial consultation the clients goals will be outlined and sessions structured to cater for the individuals needs. All Pilates apparatus are available for use within each session and will be used as required. This includes Reformer, Cadillac, Barrels and Mat equipment.
